The Kyiv branch of Atira Ruthenia is growing. We are moving to a larger hall, investing in equipment and club organisation, and updating how fees work.
Where we train
- Longsword (Monday and Friday, 19:00–21:00): since 9 October at the NAU climbing centre, 23A Akademika Shalimova St (formerly Heroiv Sevastopolia), Kyiv.
- Spear (Wednesday, 19:00–21:00) and dusack (Saturday, 18:00–20:00): for now in our previous hall at 7-A Lesia Kurbasa Ave, until further notice.
What changes from November 2026
Club membership and HEMA training are now paid separately.
Membership fee: 600₴ a month, paid by every member of Atira Ruthenia whatever their training plan. It is not a payment for specific classes; it supports the club itself: the hall, club property and equipment, events and trips, and internal activities.
HEMA training plans:
- Economy — 1 group class a week: 1600₴ (2200₴/month with the membership fee)
- Standard — 2 group classes a week: 2200₴ (2800₴/month in total)
- Full — unlimited group classes: 2800₴ (3400₴/month in total)
Members who only take part in reenactment, or who pause HEMA training for a while, pay the membership fee only.
The first trial class remains free. Fees can be paid in cash or online.
