On Monday 28 September, Atira Ruthenia is running a free trial historical fencing class.
It's a chance to see how training works before joining a group. We'll cover the basics of handling the weapon, provide the equipment, and answer questions about the regular longsword, spear and dusack classes.
- Open to anyone aged 16 and over.
- No previous experience needed.
Please note: the trial class takes place at 7-A Lesia Kurbasa Ave. From 9 October, regular training moves to our new hall at the NAU climbing centre, 23A Akademika Shalimova St.
To sign up, fill in the form below.
What to bring
Comfortable sportswear, clean indoor trainers, drinking water; light gloves (e.g. work gloves) optional. We provide the rest of the equipment.
